添加一个按钮，用于在选择库存或生长区域时创建/扩展以及删除/缩小库存和生长区域。
注意：在图片中，我正在使用theubie的Recolor Stockpile和我使用的JTExport。它们是兼容的，但此mod不需要使用。
版本1.4：在About.xml中将targetVersion增加到Alpha16，无需更改代码，此版本仍可用于Alpha15。
