赤道附近的草原让人们过上舒适的生活，但没有任何自然奇观。在整个游戏中期，Tundra磁贴具有丰富的资源。控制冰冷废物具有挑战性，但可以长期回收石油和铀。
大多数捕鱼都在较冷的地区。奢侈品资源被用来促进贸易，其中一些比其他资源更为独特。部落村庄遍布各地，但在寒冷地区更为丰富。
