本MOD添加了超级歼星舰执行者级以及强大的涡轮激光武器。同时，执行者的生产商————夸特动力船坞公司也将会在游戏中作为堕落帝国一般存在在地图上，拥有大量可玩事件和极高的挑战性。

几个世纪以来，许多银河系最大、最强大的战舰都是由夸特动力船厂建造的：一个由制造工厂和码头组成的庞大企业综合体，围绕着夸特星形成一个巨大的环世界。
在游戏中，他们将存在于地图的一个角落上，会向玩家颁布一些特殊的任务来提升其好感，一旦好感足够高，你甚至可以向夸特发出订单来生产强大的战舰，反之也会有残酷的惩罚。
