这个mod可以让你的舰船升级得更快。

在游戏的后期，当你拥有一个巨大的舰队时，升级可能需要非常长的时间。这个mod会让升级速度更快，但不是瞬间完成。

这个mod没有改变升级的矿石成本。

这个简单的mod将00_defines.txt文件中的舰队升级时间从0.75改为0.19。

它应该与其他mod兼容，并且兼容存档。

如果你在升级舰队的过程中开始一个已保存的游戏，可能会显示升级超过100%，但不用担心。当你前进时间后，它会顺利完成升级。
