This mod gives extra skill points to all lords and Heroes.
I made a skill dump with icon for all lords and heroes,
including the characters of the S&B DLC and Mixu's Legendary Lords.

For Lords:
Level 1-10: 1 point per level
Level 10-20: 2 points per level
Level 20-40: 3 points per level

For Heroes:
Level 1-10: 1 point per level
Level 10-40: 2 points per level
