还记得之前的帝国建筑扩展么？这次的作品是同样由Tankbuster制作的高等精灵建筑扩展，为高等精灵添加了几个建筑。翻译了原mod的描述来简单介绍下内容，本mod一共添加了三大序列五个建筑，分别是外国定居点，引路石节点和异国农业，同时高等精灵据点也现在也能提供公路功能，高级的据点能让你的军队快速通过。
注意！本mod尚未测试，有问题欢迎反馈。

注意！个别建筑有维护费，效果中红字表现，虽然是减号但实际是增加维护费，别被误导了。
本mod将表现为补丁形式，需要配合本体使用。
