This is a SFO version recruitment for the Empire state troop
Buliding the Castle Reikguard in Altdorf.
You can gain access to recruit the state troops.
But still u need to control the elector count in that province to be able to recruit that province state troop !!!!
Pls leave comment if anything goes wrong.
Save game compatible (should)
Should be compatible with any mod that does not alter the state troops.
