Make it become possible for the blind pawns shooting with CE. The purpose is to make it more compatible for Blindsight precept, though without other mods the accuracy is still very bad.
使盲眼小人在CE环境下也可以射击，目的是为了更好兼容盲眼理念，当然如果没有其他mod支持射击精准度依然非常之低。
