额外区域(Extra Districts) mod | 群星

这个mod名为“Extra Districts”，类似于“District Overhaul”，实际上，有很多灵感来自于“District Overhaul Test Branche”。

- 添加更多基本资源区（如果我能给它们提供良好的独特性）。

- 添加道德吸引力的设施区（例如，提供传教士工作的传教区，增加灵性吸引力）。不幸的是，关于工作的“pop_ethic_X_attraction_mult”和“ethos”触发器存在Paradox的问题，所以我希望它们能在Stellaris 3.4中修复。
